It is very exciting to be able to bring you this coffee from Fincas del Putushio. Although it may be a new name to many, it is the sister farm of Finca Soledad. It is run by Jose Jijon, the son of Pepe Jijon, the award winning Ecuadorian producer. 

This coffee was chosen for the subscription as it represents what Jose wants to achieve, clean coffees, expertly produced. It is a Typica Mejorado varietal that has undergone a traditional washed process, which means in the cup there will be big florality, with undertones of blueberry and lime. It is balance, light and delicious.
