Filter No Crack: This is a special edition of our filter roasting that do not have the first crack sound. It is a way to roast with perfect balance in energy and bean pressure. In this roasting style, Beans has less broken in fiber structure. Recommended to Rest for 5weeks at least. Peak around 7 to 8 weeks. Flavour decay will be slower as well.

Filter Roast: Our filter roast is pretty light. We like to preserve the bean's original flavour as much as we can. Filter Roast Recommended to Rest for 4weeks at least. Peak around 6 to 7 weeks.

Omni Roast: Our Omni roast is good for filter and espresso. It is well developed roast to balance of flavour, sweetness and aftertaste. Recommended to Rest for 3weeks at least. Peak at 5 to 6 weeks.

Espresso Roast: Our espresso roast is roasting toward balance and sweetness.
