This is our house espresso blend. It is blended with Brazil, Colombia and Ethiopia. This is a Medium Roast. We use a medium fast roasting pace to express all three regions' sweetness, Nutty and reserve small parts of their original flavour and acidity.
Overall it is a balance and sweet coffee.
