Zuo's Manor - YunNan | Honey, Bourbon [Omni / Light]

Zuo's Manor (佐园咖啡庄园), located in Baoshan, Yunnan, is a premier specialty coffee estate recognized as one of the first "Yunnan Provincial Boutique Coffee Estates". It is particularly famous for pioneering the cultivation of Geisha coffee in China and for its record-breaking auction prices. Their "Baoshan Geisha" set a national record in 2024 with a cupping score of 89.175 points and an auction price of USD$550+ per kilogram.

The plantation spans high elevations between 1,100 and 1,900 meters, providing the large day-night temperature differences necessary for complex flavor development.

The manor employs a "three-dimensional" planting model, intercropping coffee with bananas, forage grass, and Chinese honeybees. They use organic methods, such as shading with Chinaberry trees and using Chinaberry fruit water for natural pest control.
